From start to finish everything was on time and professionally done. After meeting the employees and witnessing the caliber of work we knew we made the right choice. A special thanks to Elizabeth, out project manager who kept everything moving and was available every step of the way to answer our questions and advise. We are so happy with our pool and Allstar and Elizabeth. You also get to go to pool school with Jason who shows you how to operate everything! And they're pet friendly! The fiberglass pool is top notch and quick. The install team was excellent. We worked with Elizabeth and she was great as well. The pool project turned out great. Let me first say we have a small yard - I wasn't sure if we could even have a pool. It was difficult for me to envision how it could look, however in the end it FAR exceeded my expectations. All Star Pools has given us our own little oasis!!!!! From the time of the first phone call, Elizabeth knew what we needed before we did. She responded immediately to our inquiry to Barrier Reef pools, came and did a site inspection and explained our options. Elizabeth WAS the reason we chose Allstar Pools, and we were not disappointed. She explained all the steps that would happen, and aside from a bit of weather, they were exactly on time. Excavation crew were very precise and neat and always cleaned up the site each day. Our pool was brought in with extreme care. Every Allstar employee we encountered was excellent at their job and we couldn't be more pleased. The Allstar Pool crew that handled our concrete did so with perfection - a beautiful, flawless design. Allstar's electrician, Jason went above and beyond and was very patient with us during pool school. Every Allstar Pool employee cares about making everything beautiful and are VERY skilled in doing so.
